Christopher is an Attorney at law and has a diverse practice, spanning the Property, and Estates & Probate. He is a partner in the firm Grant Henry & Rhooms and is incharge of the Estates and Property Department. He has extensive knowledge in real estate, and estate and probate matters, having the unique experiences of being on both, the representation and regulatory side of such matters. While Christopher has represented clients in real estate sales and strata approvals, and in estate and probate matters, he also previously served as a Senior Legal Counsel at the Real Estate Board and the Commission of Strata Corporation, and legal counsel at the Administrator General’s Department. He was also the Company Secretary for CaymanasTrack Limited.
He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Laws degree, and a Master of Laws degree, withdistinction in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Christopher was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2014 and sits on the social affairs and continuing legal education committees of the Jamaican Bar Association. Christopher is also a member of the Council of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Treasurer.
Christopher is the Immediate Past President of the Ushers Association at the Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church and is also a member of the Stella Maris Men’s Fellowship. He is also a Political Animal in that he is a member of the Peoples National Party and is currently the President of the Patriots (The Young Professional Affliate of the Party) and the Junior Spokesperson on Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade as well as the candidate for Member of Parliament for St. Andrew North Central.
In his spare time, Christopher enjoys reading, watching historialdocumentaries, swimming, and playing water polo. He also enjoys attending social gatherings and parties.
